1. Who is responsible
Insight Cloud App is operated by Tera Pro Solutions LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company. Our business contact address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email support@insightcloud.app. This policy covers our catalog, inquiries, customer correspondence and any separately agreed transactions.
2. Information you provide
We receive the information you enter in an inquiry or send by email: your name, email address, message and the relevant product or service details. A sales inquiry asks for country of end use and may include company name and quantity. Support inquiries may include an issue type and reference number. If an order is agreed, we may also need billing, tax, customer-type and license-provisioning information. Please do not submit passwords, software keys, recovery codes, card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through our forms.
3. Technical and payment information
Our hosting and email services may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, delivery information and security logs. The PHP inquiry handler uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and short-lived attempt timestamps to limit abuse; it does not maintain an inquiry database. Search runs locally in your browser. When you pay a separately issued Stripe invoice, Stripe processes your payment details on its own payment page. We receive the transaction information needed to manage the order, such as payment status, amount, currency and invoice references. Our inquiry forms do not collect card details.
4. Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, assess compatibility and licensing questions, check permitted country of use, prepare an offer, perform an agreed order, provide requested assistance, process cancellations or refunds, keep required business records and protect against abuse or fraud. Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in communication and security, or consent where required. We do not add inquiry senders to a marketing list.
5. Who may receive information
For the Hostinger deployment, Hostinger provides website hosting and business email services. Stripe processes separately agreed payments. A relevant manufacturer, distributor or fulfillment provider may receive the minimum information necessary for an agreed license or service; the specific provisioning requirements are explained before an order. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where needed for lawful business obligations or a valid legal request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Supplier identities are not displayed as catalog endorsements or partnerships.
6. International processing
We are based in the United States and serve international inquiries. Information may be processed in the United States and in countries used by the relevant hosting, email, payment or fulfillment provider. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the customer, service and destination. Where required, we must use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards before transferring information. You may contact us about the arrangements relevant to your transaction. We do not claim that all information stays in one country.
7. Retention
We retain inquiries and correspondence while needed to respond, follow up on a requested matter and resolve related issues. Order, payment and refund records are retained for applicable accounting, tax, contractual and legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. Retention depends on the purpose, transaction status, applicable requirements and whether a dispute or legal hold exists. Temporary form-abuse counters contain no message contents and are subject to expiry and cleanup. Hosting logs, email backups and payment-provider records follow the applicable service arrangements. Contact us for information about a particular record.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also be entitled to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Email support@insightcloud.app with your request. We may ask for proportionate verification of identity and will respond within the applicable legal period. Certain information may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. We will not ask for your password or product key to verify a privacy request.
9. Security, cookies and other services
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service, including HTTPS for configured production forms, server-side validation and protected email configuration. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. See our Cookie Policy for the website implementation. Hostinger and Stripe publish information about their own processing in their respective Hostinger privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.
10. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when our services, processing arrangements or applicable requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. For privacy matters, contact support@insightcloud.app or write to the business address above. The private Sites preview uses its hosting platform’s access controls; that preview is separate from the Hostinger production deployment described here.
