1. Business identity and scope
Insight Cloud App is operated by Tera Pro Solutions LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: support@insightcloud.app. These terms explain our informational catalog and inquiry-based sales process for business and individual customers. Product-specific written offers and order confirmations provide the details of any proposed purchase.
2. Catalog and nonbinding inquiries
Catalog entries describe general software and digital-tool use cases. They do not establish inventory, a particular SKU, a permitted distribution channel, an authorization from a manufacturer or availability in every country. Price on Request means that any price is provided through a separate offer. Submitting a form or email creates no order or payment obligation. There is no cart, checkout or card-entry form on this catalog website.
3. Offers and order formation
Before requesting payment, we review the proposed product, license model, end-user eligibility, country of end use and actual sourcing availability. A written offer specifies the product or service, relevant entitlement or term, quantity, price, currency, applicable taxes or charges, delivery method, concrete delivery deadline and any additional conditions. A purchase is agreed only when you accept a written offer and we confirm the order in writing. An inquiry acknowledgment or an unaccepted quotation is not an order confirmation. Specific terms cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
4. Payment and digital fulfillment
Following the agreed offer, payment is requested using a separately issued Stripe invoice. Review the invoice’s product description, total amount and currency before paying. Card and other payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page. We do not request those details by contact form or email. Fulfillment begins after the agreed payment has been confirmed and any prerequisites disclosed before the order have been met. The confirmed delivery deadline governs the order; a later delay requires notice and the options explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Customer information and software use
Provide accurate contact, billing, intended-use and country information so that the correct product and licensing conditions can be assessed. Please review platform compatibility and the proposed entitlement before accepting an offer. Manufacturer license terms govern software use and may contain limits on users, devices, transfer, commercial use or territory. Those details must be checked for the actual option. See Licensing Information. We do not ask customers to bypass activation, account security or regional restrictions.
6. Cancellations, refunds and assistance
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers cancellation before delivery, failure to meet a confirmed delivery deadline, incorrect or defective products, and requests after digital fulfillment has begun. Mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply where relevant. Additional installation or technical assistance is available only within a separately agreed scope; it is not automatically included with every product. No website statement establishes a guaranteed response time, uninterrupted software operation or a universal security outcome.
7. Acceptable use and third-party references
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, malicious submissions, impersonation or interference with other visitors or the service. Website content and original artwork may be protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance identifies a product and does not imply endorsement, partnership or authorized-reseller status. Do not use this website to request unlawful software access or infringement of another party’s rights.
8. Accuracy and responsibility
Software offerings, requirements and manufacturer terms may change. We correct material information when identified and confirm transaction-specific details before an offer. If a material issue is discovered before an order is agreed, we will clarify it before requesting acceptance. If an issue affects an existing order, applicable contractual and statutory remedies govern. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We make no representation that the catalog itself establishes a particular license as available or suitable for every use.
9. Applicable law and customer rights
These terms and separately agreed transactions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights that apply in their place of residence or otherwise under applicable law. Business purchases may have additional written commercial conditions. No compulsory arbitration agreement or waiver of mandatory consumer remedies is created by this page.
10. Questions and changes
For order, support or policy questions, email support@insightcloud.app. Policy updates are identified by the date on the page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to a confirmed order without a lawful basis. Our How Requests & Orders Work page explains the practical inquiry, offer, payment and delivery process.
